It depends on the service, your pet's size, coat type and personality. A quick nail trim takes about 30 minutes. A partial groom is 60–120 minutes. A full dog grooming session runs 120–240 minutes. The Royal Treatment is 4 hours.

Yes — this is our speciality. Our entire team is Fear-Free certified and trained in low-stress handling techniques. We work at each dog's pace, take breaks as needed, and never use force.

We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Life happens — just let us know as soon as you can and we'll happily reschedule.

Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment may incur a small fee to cover the stylist's reserved time.

Everything we use is plant-based, biodegradable, and vet-approved. We stock both hypoallergenic and breed-specific formulas. If your pet has known sensitivities, mention it in your booking note and we'll select accordingly.

We do! We offer Cat Grooming (ears, nails, bath and haircut) and Cat Partial Grooming (ears, nails and bath). We schedule cat appointments on quieter studio days so our feline guests aren't stressed by dog energy.

We love the enthusiasm, but most pets actually behave better when their owner isn't in the room — it's the same instinct that makes kids act differently at school vs home.
